kjoysells @missbee737 I did not contact posh support....wanted to talk to you first I'm happy to send the pictures so you dont think I'm a scammer I purchased the necklace only as a prop for my posh closet so I think I will just attempt to glue the stones back in my self (none are missing) The necklace was just very heavy and clucked against it self in the bag No one's fault It is very pretty
