pinkpreppypearl Hi! I wanted to apologize for your experience in ordering my coat, I thought I had cleaned out the pockets and, when I listed it, there was no hole. Feathers come out bc it is a down jacket and has been used.

jenny49 Hi Jessica, I apologize the dress you purchased hasn’t been sent yet. I had my seamstress fix a pull I found when I was wrapping it. Now I just found some stains in the lining at the bottom. I didn’t see them before because the lining is so dark. Is it ok if I take it my cleaners to see if they can get them out? Should be ready by Thursday.
