itsedentime @jblake101516 hi, I just got your feedback, the pants you bought that are a size large- Don't say "kids large" on the tags.. the info on the pants were described exactly from Pants tag info exactly. They also fit on the women's size mannequin used to model the pants in the photos.. so I don't think a kids large would fit a women's size mannaquin. I try to make sure everything I list, as I'm listing it is as detailed&clear as possible.

itsedentime After I take photos of the item, I list the items specifics from the pants tag & Any written specifics they have on them. since the last thing I want is for anyone to be unhappy with their purchase.. if the pants said kids on them then I most defiantly would have specified that. I know they run small as a brand- but that wouldn't make them a kids size.

itsedentime Your feedback is important to me as well as your experience. I wish you also communicated with me 1st so we could resolve it, rather than just assuming I wouldn't care or assuming It was intentional which if they really are child's size then I had no idea since like I said the info I wrote is directly specified from the pants. Your experience & reviews affect me, especially when they can be resolved. So I'm hoping

itsedentime your willing to come to a resolution and either delete your written feedback or re-write it. Hope you undestand where I'm coming from & we see eye to eye. I apologize for the inconvenience & hope we can work something out. I assure you that when shopping in my closet, this situation is not something that occurs. I never have any issues, so please don't think this is how it is when shopping in my closet let alone making a purchase from me.

itsedentime missed seeing the size as a child's large.. but regardless either way weather u were right or I am right I chose to try to resolve this & make it right but u have chosen not to. So again, I apologize for the inconvenience & I'm sorry that u don't want to take the time to resolve it. Which easily could have been done. I guess that's all.
