wihalu @jessicanyc24 Hi Jessica, both myself and Poshmark have been trying to reach you as I accidentally put the wrong shipping label on your package which means you got the wrong order. I need you to return the item as the other posher has also returned what you ordered. We see that the order was delivered 2 days ago but you have not started a return as requested. wihalu @jessicanyc24 Hi Jessica, when I realized the label mix-up, I reached out daily for over a week and worked with Poshmark to resolve it so everyone could receive the correct item. You didn’t communicate at all during that time. It’s surprising you’re only responding now, after the purchase completed, and calling my efforts ‘annoying’ when I was simply trying to make things right. I hope you enjoy the Louis Vuitton purse you didn’t pay for.
