wihalu @jessicanyc24 Hi Jessica, when I realized the label mix-up, I reached out daily for over a week and worked with Poshmark to resolve it so everyone could receive the correct item. You didn’t communicate at all during that time. It’s surprising you’re only responding now, after the purchase completed, and calling my efforts ‘annoying’ when I was simply trying to make things right. I hope you enjoy the Louis Vuitton purse you didn’t pay for.

wihalu @kissavonaddams Ugh! Yea she didn’t have any bad comments when this occurred a year ago. She never responded to me or Posh beyond what you see here. She got a LV purse and kept it so that was a huge loss on my end. Lesson learned for sure but very unfortunate she lacks a moral compass. Definitely be cautious!

kissavonaddams @wihalu A pair of my Louboutins are in limbo somewhere with USPS because the address was “undeliverable” and the buyer was supposed to schedule a redelivery - and nothing, crickets. I can’t figure out if there’s a scam here or what. Several comments of payments not going through… something is amiss.

kissavonaddams @kelseyrae it was in limbo at the post office for two or three weeks? PM ended up releasing the funds to me. No idea what happened on the buyers end. They never responded me or to PM support both times we attempted contact. Reading more of these comments makes me think there’s some kind of scam-like behavior happening. Would not sell again to this buyer.

pmbeauty @kissavonaddams hey, was your sale over $500? If so, just wondering what ended up happening to your item after it was returned to sender? Mine was returned and delivered to Posh authentication about a week ago but haven’t heard anything on it.

pmbeauty Definitely a scammer!! Do not sell to this buyer!! Purchased a pair of Louboutins then after passing authentication they were left at the post office to pickup since the address was not valid. The buyer had 2 weeks to pickup or reschedule delivery but never did and ignored reminders from Posh telling them their package was available, then after no communication, literally messaged me the day after the 2 week deadline saying the “post office lied”🙄 and they never had the package. Right.

pmbeauty The scam comes in them being refunded by posh for nondelivery while quickly trying to claim the item from the PO after tracking is marked undeliverable, but before getting physically placed on the truck for returns to sender, thereby getting a free item. Luckily they did not get the order since it was processed during the weekend when the buyer couldn’t access the PO counter.

kissavonaddams @pmbeauty just read your other comment. I’ve contacted PM about this but clearly they’ve let the buyer continue doing this. Hopefully they’ll put a stop to it. Until then it’s going to continue to happen to people. So shitty.
