annelynnsisters Hi I sold you the Michael Kors puffer coat. I’ve had this coat for years and did not remember it was mended on the bottom. I’d like to refund your money. I’m not one to publicly give negative feedback. I have updated my review to reflect you being very attentive to my review. I’m not sure how the refund process is for Poshmark?

annelynnsisters @jmfnssf Thank you for your understanding. And I do apologize again. I totally understand your disappointment. I did send an email to Poshmark support. They said they should contact me within 24 hours. I promise to get a refund to you one way or another. If Poshmark is unable to deliver it, I will send you my email so I can get your address and either mail you a check or send through another payment form. Thanks again for your understanding. Please feel free to donate the coat!

annelynnsisters @jmfnssf Poshmark responded and said since the order was marked as received, they are unable to reverse the transaction. Unfortunately, Poshmark is not letting me post my email in this thread. They recommend that you contact Poshmark support.
