trainhard0709 Good morning, Thankyou for your recent purchase. I wanted to let you know ahead of time you’re receiving a great pair of shoes. My husband wore than once only to let me know that they were not a good fit for him. Because of COVID-19 I sanitize everything before shipping. Somehow during sanitation I miss placed the insert for the left shoe and couldn’t locate it before shipping and for that I apologize. Susan

garden1020 @trainhard0709 I received the shoes today. I understand misplaced items and want to love these, but the replacement insoles look like they will cost me more than the shoes. Can anything be done to fix this?

trainhard0709 @garden1020 I’m not sure I understand. The left insert only is missing which isn’t actually necessary and decorative only. I will search for it when I return home and mail it to you.
