newfashion123 @Jessica Hi, The returned items I received is an empty box without any shoes inside. I put a brown cardboard box with bubble bag on the top of the shoes box and weighted 4lb 13.10 oz . But the returned box weighted only 1.83 lbs . It’s only a shoes box without any additional packing on the top . Very poor packing . So from the weight difference you can tell it’s an empty box . So I lost my shoes and the posh app refund your money back .
