sunny32120 @jesslehm I noticed your parcel still hasn’t started tracking which is strange since all of my others have. I truly apologize. If it doesn’t start to track soon I have no problem trying to cancel and get your money back. I reported the issue to posh and they suggest to wait a while longer. I just feel horrible and wanted to keep you updated 🌸

sunny32120 Just wanted to touch base about your package. I am trying to follow up with Canada Post today. Posh has said if it doesn’t track by Friday they will deal with it. I am sincerely sorry this is happening. Be assured I will make sure you receive either the coat or money back or both 🌸

sunny32120 @jesslehm I did and they really have no answer for me. It is now the only package I have that hasn’t tracked. Please just cancel the order so you get your money back. If it ends up getting delivered it will be a bonus and just enjoy it! I also asked Posh on Thursday to refund you but I’ve gotten no response. Again I am so sorry this happened 🌸
