The pants are in pretty bad shape. Are just able to send the correct ones without me sending these back? I received the directions for problems with a product, but I'm unable to complete the process because I already accepted the order. Thank you for you help.

@j15k51 Hi Jessica I will look into this but I think you have to have a return label for these. Let me look into it. Yes you can just keep those pants and I will see how to get the new ones out to you. I want to make this right and I want you to be happy. The new pants are beautiful. Never been worn and they have tags. Let me see how to do this

Hi Jessica I have submit a new label to get you the new Roxy pants but haven’t heard or seen anything back yet. I think they are going to send you a return label to return them. I don’t think there is any other way around it. As soon as I hear back I will send out your new pants with tags. Again I’m so sorry for the inconvenience

@j15k51 when I reached to Poshmark I put in a request saying I sent the wrong item. They said they were reaching out to you to send you a return label. Maybe check you email for that to send them back that way they send me the label to send the new pants

I did send you the pants. They were stained and had holes in them. You originally said to keep them because they were such a mess and then you said to mail them back and you would send the new ones out. Are you going to mail the correct ones out?
