erin669 @jschul28 No problem. But in Pikolino’s, size 41 is a size 10. I know because all of my Pikolinos were 41’s when I was a 10. Now I’m a 42. PM’s sizes are not correct, at least for this Spanish leather company.

orangebee2 apparently u did not explain it to them b/c they should have actually offered u a posh credit , they can't do $ back partially apparently but will do a partial credit which is just as good . especially when we r talking about such a small amt. B/c they don't want to lose commission I imagine ,so I'm sure they had to offer a credit . had to be a language barrier I find it like talking to a machine
