nbkod4a @jess_authentic I accidentally received yours order and I have to say how disappointed I am on what you sent me. You sent me half a scarf that was chopped in half and was not anything like the pictures you sent me. This was a scarf a gift for my sister. Did you not notice that what you listed vs what you sent was NOT THE SAME THING. You can see from the pictures it suppose to end in light brown. I want my money back. I would appreciate a contact please.

I can see the good feedback you have from buyers, so I want to think this is a misunderstanding. Money spent on this useless scarf is down the drain. Please do the right thing return my money. I’m happy pics of what you sent me. I don’t want to believe that someone would scam someone by sending them a scarf cut in half & is not what “you” as the seller posted in pics.

nbkod4a @jess_authentic it does not give me that option because I accidentally accepted. The scarf is sliced in half and cut in half. Nothing like the pictures you posted. I have pictures if you like. Since I accidentally accepted how do I get my money back and send you your scarf back? Thank you so much for honoring your side of things!

nbkod4a @jess_authentic I did contact them and said since I accepted it, even on accident there was nothing I could do other than to contact seller since funds were released to you. This is what they said: For future purchases, we kindly ask that you please open a formal case if you receive an item that is not as described. Cases must be opened within 3 days of the item being delivered to your shipping address and the order must not be marked as received.

jess_authentic @nbkod4a I'm unable to do anything with the post. The only way is for Posh to release the refund to you and send you the label for return. I don't see any other way around.. I tried 3 times sending u my contact but it gets blocked by their system..
