Hi Jessica, I shipped out your Loungefly Backpack very same day, I'm concerned that it hasn't reached you yet so I checked tracking and it said it's in CA at the post waiting for pick up since the 15, so I'm hoping it gets to you soon. I know the post is very slow now with the pandemic, I just don't want your item to be lost or anything, so I will keep tracking it. Normally my items arrive with in 2 days from purchase. Let me know if you've heard anything please!
