beccslee Thank you for your comment on Khai1990 page. After they stole $1,500 from me they blocked me so I can’t comment. I’ve reported them to Posh, just waiting for them to actually do something about it. Although this pathetic person will just create a new account. They are making so much bank on people like me - can’t believe I fell for it. 😪

gucci_jess48 @beccslee I'm sorry that happened to you. I can guarantee you that Posh won't do anything about it. They do not protect their buyers from scammers. Always try to do your research. I took one look at all of their listings and realized they had different names on each reciept. There's been a girl scamming for months on the same two Gucci bags. I've reported numerous times and posh won't do anything about it.

beccslee @gucci_jess48 omg WHY won’t they do anything?? This is unbelievable. I know it may sound dramatic but I’m considering trying to talk to law enforcement/cyber security. Because it isn’t just me that this is happening to - just since I was scammed I’ve been warning people that comment on that seller’s listings and 3 other people were scammed before I could warn them. So who knows how big of a thing this is...

gucci_jess48 @beccslee Posh is ridiculous. If they cared about their buyers they would allow us to send messages and wouldn't allow sellers to delete comments immediately warning others about scams. My husband is an attorney and I'm not sure law enforcement can do anything. Idk about cyber security. You'd have to get the person's identity to pursue any legal matters. You can try fighting with your bank. Just take precautions for future purchases.

gucci_jess48 Never ever buy anything off line via e mail or any other payment app. It will 9/10 be a scam. Don't buy expensive items from sellers with no reviews, etc.

beccslee @gucci_jess48 thank you for the advice! My bank have been super helpful (I am being very sarcastic here) Luckily another girl’s bank refunded her money but I am still struggling with mine. I just don’t understand how people can do this to others. I can see it’s certainly a quick way to make money while sitting on your ass but...I wouldn’t be able to live with myself. It’s nice to be able to vent, at least. Thank you again. 🤗

gucci_jess48 @beccslee I honestly don't know how people can do it either. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. Just keep an eye out and report these types of listings and try to warn others when you see them comment! I've been patrolling trying to do the good deed of warning others. I really hope you can get your money back! Good luck!

I purchased an item from her this morning and she kept saying that she going to call me because her Poshmark account wasn’t loading???? She gave me a number to contact her on her on, I which she told me it was her husband’s phone because she left her phone in his car. She proceeded to communicate with me via text on his cell number; she never called me. She cancelled my order once I started questioning her about the purchase.

gucci_jess48 @vwinston04 Yeah, they're super sketchy. There's a scam artist trying to sell the gucci soho disco right now under user bianka_badia and kathyposhxo. She's scammed multiple women out of hundreds of dollars. She pops up every single day under a different user name with different pictures, but the same bags and asks you to "text her to see if the bag is still available" then she asks you to purchase 0ff line via Z e L L e. Do others like you a favor and report her listings and profile!

beccslee Hi! No refund, still working on that. Also still working with Posh. You were right, they are such deadbeats about simply doing the right thing. I'm not letting it go though. This has been such a huge disappointment for me. In human beings, in my bank, in poshmark. The whole thing has taken all the fun out of Poshmark for me...I may get off altogether.

breezym182 @beccslee hey! Probably very confusing but both this account and the gucci_jess are mine lol. I just replied under the wrong account so I replied twice. I had to make another acct because she kept blocking me from commenting to warn other people. Now she has both blocked so it doesn't matter :( She's back under badbihbadia today and had two accounts yesterday

Deep down I do believe in karma...I just wish there was some way for me to witness it when this person gets what’s coming to them. If he/she put half as much effort into having a real job I’m sure they would be successful, not to mention a much better person.

beccslee @breezym182 and have you ever thought that maybe it’s a big group or corporation? I have always believed that this person isn’t even female (because I requested to speak to them over the phone and they would not do it) but it could be a group of people that literally do this for a living!

breezym182 @beccslee I really do hope karma gets them, but I'm not super optimistic about it. Crimes throughout various states are hard to track and it's probably not big enough for the FBI to care about :/ I also don't think it's a group of people because I imagine they'd be smarter about it, but if definitely could be a guy! I've thought of that too.
