jessburch6288 @eyregaelyn thanks for shipping this out! Question, because I am somewhat new to Poshmark, is there only one speed of shipping that you are allowed to use? Just checked the Canada post eta and it’s not arriving until Jan 23rd…seems like a long time even with the delays happening right now. Could it have been shipped faster? Thanks!

eyregaelyn @jessburch6288 I just use the label that Poshmark provides… don’t think there is another option on the seller’s end. maybe when you make a purchase there is an option for express shipping?

eyregaelyn @jessburch6288 @jessburch6288 if you click the little truck icon on your profile it says everything is shipped as an expedited parcel with Canada post and should be delivered within 1-7 days…. I imagine that they have to tack in a few days right now for delays, and the distance between Vancouver and Ottawa is something to consider. I hope this helps and the bag arrives ASAP!

jessburch6288 @eyregaelyn - thank you very much for responding so quickly and offering to help! Let me see how it is tomorrow and I’ll get back to you. Is that okay? I think maybe the smell is stronger because the leather isn’t sealed/treated on the inside. I could try to remove it, but it’s pretty strong and almost has a herbal skunk smell to it. Have you ever tried to remove a smell from leather?

eyregaelyn @jessburch6288 Um so does it smell like weed? Possible that it could have absorbed that from neighbouring apartments where it was stored. You might want to try a vinegar/water solution. Just wipe it down with the diluted vinegar a few times in a row letting it dry in between so it doesn’t get saturated. Sorry you have to deal with it! Of course we can discuss more tomorrow.

jessburch6288 @eyregaelyn hi - so I don’t think I’m going to be able to get the smell out. I’m so very sorry! I had it airing out overnight and it seems just as strong. It’s a great bag and so we’ll taken care of that I wish it would work, but it won’t. Again, sorry, but I think I’m going to need to return it.
