I always make sure to take photos in there entirety to show the item at all angles; if the buyer sees/feels a part of an item is incomplete, they should bring it to my attention prior to purchase or within 3 days. At this point the only thing I can do is offer you 50% off ANY future single purchase item that is priced at or above 15.00. It's the best I can do at this point. If you see an item you like, send an offer with the 1/2 off pricing. I like to keep my customers happy!
