welshinski @natdlg Thanks for the message. I shipped the boots on May 3, putting them out for the mail carrier with other packages. The package seems to have gone missing after the mail carrier picked it up, though the other packages shipped at the same time arrived as scheduled. I went to the post office Friday for help locating it beyond the tracking on the website. They could not find it at the post office or sorting center and suggested that I initiate a claim Monday.
