maricelag623 This person is a swindler. Do not sell to them. They will switch your items for worn down items that are fake and will try to claim you mailed them the incorrect item. These types of people to try to abuse the great reputation of Poshmark and of its sellers. I’ve been selling for years and all my items are quality and authentic items. This person tried to swindle the system by sending me a fake damaged purse. Anyone selling to them should beware of their tactics.

jchkrueger @maricelag623 You have this all backwards and I am the one that is BEING scammed!! You knowingly sent me the wrong item (still a Kate Spade but the completely wrong style and condition), waited for me to mark it as incorrect and immediately accused that the images are not what you sent. I have never had any issues on Poshmark, buying or selling, until this transaction. Trust that I have learned my lesson to always take an unboxing video with the shipping label clearly visible.

maricelag623 You returned a purse that was worn & used & not the purse I sold to you. I filmed myself packaging the bag with your label so you are the one that is trying to cheat me and Poshmark. I have a reputable small business I have been running for almost 20 years. All my bags and merchandise are in quality condition and I’ve never received any complaints from customers and I always accept returns if they are not 100%satisfied.. However, lying to get a new purse is wrong, deceitful and bad karma.
