Hi there just wanted to update you on your purchase. I shipped bag out on the 20th. The day you purchased it. For some reason it did not track on that day. I’ve been to Post office every day since looking for answers... today I talked to supervisor and he assured me all is in order. I believe this is all due to covid 19. I sincerely apologize for the delay. Hope you enjoy your new bag.

I can’t believe your bag was lost. I saw a D Smith signed for it. Not only did you wait almost a month now it’s lost! I’m truly sorry about this mess.

@mlplourde70 yes I waited so long for it and when I saw that it was delivered I couldn't pick it up until after work. I looked for it all over and didn't find anything I don't even know who Smith is I don't have neighbors.
