Hi Jessica,very sorry for your inconvenience, I bought this coat new for my mom,and I had to put her in a nursing home in March,80 degrees in there,so I new she never wore it because within weeks she was on lockdown there due to covid.Everything had to have a name tag,so that's why I put a nice linen patch over the sticky.My mom passed away there month ago now.Im babysitting out of town,and just now saw your info.Again sorry for your disappointment,

@basecamp34 I’m very sorry for your loss. I’m a nurse in LTC dealing w/Covid to, lots of deaths &residents with/out families. My work schedule is heavy, PM is giving 2 days to ship. I work 16hr shifts today to Thur. Doubt I’ll be able to return it, I really like the color but, the patch peeled up &adhesive folds the fabric/attaches to my hair. I was going to try to see if there is anyway to remove it. Again, I’m sorry for your loss & I understand there were no bad intentions.😊
