duoduoirene She bought one of my dress, new with tag, 1/3 of the original price, I bought it from boutique store and never worn it. When she got it she's not satisfied with the look on her and decided to claim there's defect and wanted a return, things like the sleeve is not flat, there's thread on the zipper, etc. However, the dress is the same as what you'll get from boutique store.

duoduoirene After all this is a dress and if she uses magnifier to look at it, she'll always find something she can complain. The picture on the model shows that the sleeve was not flat because of the design. When I mailed the dress to her, the zipper is perfectly fine and I did not see any thread running out, so she probably made it so that she can ask for a refund. If you are considering selling things to her, DON"T.

duoduoirene The above words are from a 5-star seller, I've sold things to so many buyers and non of them are like this buyer. If you expect 7-day free return/refund, buy it from boutique/department store. This is Poshmark and I'm just selling my second-hand clothes.
