jessicahall960 @iluvualwyz its been sent I also sent another bag out the same day I sent your bag and the shipping part of it finally stated it had been scanned and in route. I'm sorry for the delay I did everything per the instructions given to me is there anyway you could deduct 20 dollars off the purchase of the pocketbook since its taking longer to get there than either of us expected
