Hi! I’m so sorry about the shoes! I had 2 pair of Kate Spade shoes. I mailed you the wrong ones. The pink ones you received,someone else bought and they are waiting for them. I somehow got them switched. I’m new to Poshmark and this is my first sale. I have the pair you ordered if you still want them. Please let me know. Sorry! I’ve really messed this up.

If the buyer wishes to repurchase the correct item, you will have to create an entire new listing for the item and contact the buyer to ask them to repurchase from your new listing. This will ensure that you will receive your earnings and that we can provide you with proper assistance should you have any inquires about the order.
