Please check out the picures, the dent is right there. Those are pretty expensive boots and I won barely nothing for a bad and unfair rating. Check out and change it please 🙏 you can really see it in the pic.

Picture 10 is qhere I showed the flaw. The pictures are for description, they are also worn and pre-owned as it says. They were $180 and I won $20 for them.

I wish I could send you a photo, as it arrived with a small chunk out of the back of the heel.
Not like the small wear and tear in your pictures.
I suppose it must have happened in transit.
Either way, I must bring it to a shoe repair place because it is a very obvious gash in the back of the boot heal.

@bjad007 it has a dent which I showed in the picture njmber ten and pictuted on all the angles possible, they are pre-owned and they were well pictured. Again keep in mind we get $20 for a $200 boot and we invest time and money on shipping supplies, the offer was a favor and when something gets damaged by shipping you can always open a case and show the pictures to see if it really happened or if like I said...
