cathia24 Good morning Jessica, I did mailed out the shoes since Saturday the 4th. I don't know what is going on. I have the tracking number. I called the USPS twice already, seems like holidays season things are busy and slow. Sorry about that. I always ship my sales very quick.

jvanhorn81 @cathia24 It actually says that most tracking #s are between 20-22 digits for USPS. The tracking # you sent is 30 digits, so I just wanted to double check the tracking # with you. Could you verify that that’s the correct tracking # ? Thanks!

jvanhorn81 @cathia24 I think I figured it out…I just deleted the first 8 digits because most of the tracking numbers that I’ve seen before start with “9405”. Did you ship from Virginia?? It says a shipping label was created and that the USPS is awaiting the item.
