xtina2b I wanted to express my disappointment with the lack of courtesy and professionalism in which the transaction was handled. I offered full price on your purse. You wrote "I will be mailing my purse in the morning." A few days, when I inquired about shipping you cancelled the order. I reached out to see if it was a matter of time. No response. This shows poor business preactice and disregard. I kindly ask if at all possible, please reconsider. This crossbody is exactly what I need for my trip.
