sneetchmama @60andflawless and I am no sleep expert. But I used to travel the world for work and I never knew what time zone my body was in and I would often only have a small window in a hotel to sleep before I had to wake up the next day and so it was very anxiety provoking when you lie there with your eyes wide open. I learned to pretend I didn’t care and just lie there and rest and if that’s all you get that’s fine, because the body will take care of itself. And if it needs to sleep it will.

sneetchmama And it’s really mind over matter and there were nights that I never slept at all but then I decided I didn’t care because I would be all the more tired the following night and that my body would eventually adjust and take care of itself. And it does work! Don’t look at the phone don’t stress just lie there and at least rest and don’t take naps during the day. Harder with Covid because we are all stuck inside and night blends in to day so even more important.good luck

sneetchmama @60andflawless travel aged me. But it was how I got paid. Looking back I’m grateful bet who knows when we can do that again. I’m happy to be at home now and not have to travel. But seriously.....take a brisk walk in the late afternoon or evening. Get fresh air and go to bed on a schedule. And just “rest”. Be calm and let your mind drift. Pay no attention to time. Your body will take care of itself. It really works. Less is more. Don’t work so hard at sleep. 💤

I completely agree with the way you think. I live in West Hollywood. To crazy of a life style for me now. I do have amazing and crazy memories. 🤪🥳
