kailiepressnall My friend recently bought a pair of heels from your page, and suddenly can’t see it in her purchase history, and she is blocked from your page. She just simply wants to know if you scammed her so she can get her money back and find someone more trustworthy, so a simple yes or no is appreciated, and no judgement passed.

jprae13 @kailiepressnall I have messaged your friend. I do not know why it's not showing up I have never had that issue. I would advise her to check with poshmark customer service instead of having a friend comment on her as I do not have any bad reviews

ilikewaffles101 *I wouldn’t recommend this seller* I originally was not going to comment on this situation, but, after purchasing from this seller, I had a simple misunderstanding with finding my order, and an issue finding her account after purchase so had a friend comment, asking if I got scammed, NOT accusing her or anything, we were trying to be understanding, after the misunderstanding the seller stated on the post she would ship the next day, I waited patiently an additional 5 days for -continued-

ilikewaffles101 - I then apologized on my behalf for the misunderstanding, and felt a little silly, and promised great feedback, once I received the item, as stated, I waited 5 more days, after she promised to ship the next day, she then cancelled the order, as a punishment for me not being able to remove a comment of my friends, and was extremely rude to me on the comments. Stating the “20$ isn’t worth it” to ship the item she promised to ship. Ridiculous customer service. I apologized and did my best to -

jprae13 @ilikewaffles101 I do work weekends and I always ship right away when I can. I would have gladly shipped these to you had you hand not taken the route that you did and the more I thought about it I decided that it's not worth my time and energy to appease impatient people. Now I have to go to work I don't have hours to sit online and argue with internet trolls who are throwing tantrums just because they didn't get their way. I will not be responding to any more of your crybaby nonsense

ilikewaffles101 - Right the situation, but instead of sending me the item I paid for, she waited 5 days as some sort of punishment for asking a question/having concerns, then proceeded to tell me off for asking “less than 24hrs after the order” about said order not showing in purchases. So, I wouldn’t recommend purchases from this seller, she is rude if you have any concerns or questions, brags about her ‘no bad marks’, promises to ship the next day, then cancels the order 5 days after. 🙄

Everyone can see that.... and then you made me wait 5 days before cancelling the order to punish me essentially..? Lol. At least your potential customers can see this kind of customer service you provide... 🤷‍♀️🥴so, it isn’t hurting me any.... YOU were the one bragging your “no bad marks” as you literally talk down to someone who purchased from you, publicly.
