sugarroo36 Hi this is Lindsay,,you just bought the Kate Spade pink glitter bag from me. I accidentally shipped you the wrong item, if you refuse the first small item that comes from me, or I can email you new corrected shipping label for that item I sent you. What ever is easiest. I am contacting Poshmark to get corrected labels. I should have it end of day today, & can go ahead & send the bag under a new label. I am so very sorry, please let me know if this is ok.

sugarroo36 @jessicamhawks my return address will be on the small package I shipped you accidentally, you can just put refuse return to sender, you don't have mail it back to me. I will just pay to ship you the bag if they don't send me a new label over the weekend, and I will,just give you the tracking info on here for you track it. I mean it was totally my fault, so I don't mind paying to ship it out of my pocket.

sugarroo36 @jessicamhawks no I am sorry just woke up, I work at night. I will not be able mail til tomorrow. My husbands pay check didn't pay a day earlier like it normally does Due to the holiday. I am so sorry. I contacted Posh& they said the only way they fix it is for wait for me to send, or you request a cancel since I reported to them,I sent the wrong item. I am so very sorry, I have never had this happen...it is totally up I understand.

I also understand you want your item, I can only do what I am to fix this, and Posh has no telephone support, so even just a response about how to fix it took forever. Again, I apologize. jessicamhawks @sugarroo36 it came in my mail box I will take it to the post office tomorrow evening. Poshmark said in order for me to get my money back I would have to send them pictures of the item. I would just like to be able to get the item and not have to go through all of that if possible
