chanel_d I am not sure how to contact you other than this way. I’m so sorry about the package! When I sent it, the package was nicely wrapped and in perfect condition. The package was originally sent to posh authenticates. I guess in the mix up, they sent it to you in extreme poor condition! I just wanted to clarify that with you!

chanel_d I emailed Poshmark customer support also telling them that I shipped the package and bag in perfect condition and am also waiting for their response. Was the bag also damaged? That makes me so frustrated!!!
