belotek I hope you are doing well with Poshmark! there are some great tutorials on YouTube. The 1st one to watch is by Leah Kirchinger, she has a series of tutorials. Bexa Boss Lady is good also. jessojeda10 @floridasusan55 I saw that there was an issue with the sweater, I’m so very sorry. I check all of my clothes before sending them out and there were not any stains at the time that I mailed it. All I can think was that due to it being left in my mailbox for several days due to the weather the package might have bled through to the clothing. I am very sorry that the sweater was not as advertised and am happy to accept a return.

floridasusan55 @jessojeda10 Hi there, very disappointed this didn’t work. If you want to blame the mailbox, then I recommend using a better bag or wrapping the item in plastic. That will prevent any further stains from appearing on clothing via the mail box :)

jessojeda10 @floridasusan55 I will definitely consider that in the future. This was the first time I haven’t directly dropped a package off at usps, so that was definitely my fault for not considering the weather ahead of time. Again, I’m very sorry.

floridasusan55 @jessojeda10 there’s no holes in the envelope so it’s mysterious how the mailbox could have stained the sweater. I had my daughter wrap the sweater in a plastic polymailer, so now it is protected and will return to you safely. Thank you for your apologizes, I’m sorry it didn’t work out.
