mntntop4me Thank you so much ...that helps! Where you posted upper arms. Is it possible to measure with the fabric stretched out? My upper arms got a little flabby after a neck nerve injury and I couldn't use my arms in exercise. But I can use little weights now thank goodness!! I just don't want them to be too tight.
