I wanted to let you know that I follow my customers deliveries very closely, so when I saw that your purse has still not been delivered, I contacted the post office this morning. They have opened up a “missing package claim” to see if the local post office can find the package. Your confirmation # is CA1411279031. The Post office has 3 days to research the missing item.
