pinupthrift79 @jessconaway are you serious? that stinks...i wrapoed it really well:( .u have to file a claim. posh will reimburse. can u make sure to tell them the packaage was lost by post for at least a week ..who knows where its been and thw i had it bubble wrapped and padded so ut didnt move. im so sorry that really stinks

pinupthrift79 @jessconaway you click on your purchases. then open where you accept delivery.. but dont accept. then hit problem with delivery and it will ask to explain and take photos. please include my wrapping materials( bubble wrap,styrofoam) you will get refunded ..i only do if they believe i wrapped it well.make sure to keep everythjng until they close case they may ask for more photos

pinupthrift79 @jessconaway ok...idk how to fix that. email posh and explain your new and hit the wrong button. usually when you hit delivery your locked in to accepting as is. but if your persistant and explain nicely your new ...sometimes they bend the rules. let me know if they dont make it right.posh does money exchange so i cant do anything except i will also email them
