suzanneschenk Yes they are preowned but that means not new and you may not have realized not saying you did but the shoes no longer 10.5 as you advertised. Preowned just means used but these are defective. They are no longer size advertised. Atleast full size smaller and narrower. You cleaned them but they shrunk. I have sent them back. I expect full refund because i bought in good faith. Im ok they are used 10.5 shoe but i cant wear a size smaller. They are very nice wish they weren't shrunk. I like them.
