kate123123123 @jessieloveu Hi there, you can comment under the belt in the comment section where you purchased it. She will reply. Your money is held by Poshmark so until you accept the purchase she will not get your money. Sometimes sellers forget to say they shipped an item so I will say either contact posmark support or wait. kate123123123 They usually reply within hours but weekends take longer so I would say do it now. There is also an option to cancel your order. If you go to "My purchases" under your icon on the very top right of the page. You can click on the order and there will be an option to cancel and poshmark will work on returning money. This happens very rarely so don't think every seller here is like that. I hope the situation will be resolved in the best possible way!

Very pretty girl if you’re on the right page I mean if you could please I reached out to Customer service I don’t want to cancel my order if it’s processed or in process but then again how would I know if there’s anyway you can help me communicate with her ask why I can’t message if I’m block if this don’t work then I’ll get a refund

kate123123123 @jessieloveu I think you should contact the poshmark and cancel the order through the purchases tab on your page. If she blocked you or doesn't respond for more than 4 days I will advise not to buy from her that is suspicious. That happened to me with a t-shirt and I just canceled the order and got my money back in 3 business days.

kate123123123 @jessieloveu so that means that she has not shipped yet or she hasn't confirmed that she has shipped it. That tap that says Problems/Order Inquiry if you click on it it will have an option to cancel.

kate123123123 @jessieloveu if you don't want to cancel and want it shipped I would contact poshmark through the support center and make them figure it out. I doubt if she ignores a buyer she will respond to me.
