Meet your Posher, Jessie

Hi! I'm Jessie. I'm 33 years old and I love to create and crochet! Thank you for stopping by my closet. Most of my items are handmade 💜 I started "crocheting" when I was very very young around 5 or 6 years old. My mom first taught me how to chain, then a few years later how to make a granny square. I would spend a lot of time creating many different granny squares over, over and over. When I was about 12 to 13 years old my first "big" project was making my dad a granny square blanket. During that time he went into the hospital.. I kicked it into high gear and created square after square because I wanted to have a blanket done for him when he came home as a surprise. Unfortunately my dad passed away before I could finish it for him and I was very upset and discouraged. I stopped creating for quite some time. When I got back into it I stepped up my game. My mom was shocked by how far I've come on my own but, I owe it all to her for teaching me all the basics at a young age just like my great grandma did for her. 💜 The amount of work and dedication that goes into handmade pieces is incredible.
