Hi! I'm sorry your jacket hasn't arrived yet. I checked with Canada Post again today and they say it is in transit. I asked what was taking so long, but they didn't have an answer. I hope it arrives soon!

Hi Jessie! I shipped your Levi’s jeans yesterday afternoon, and I’m still waiting for a confirmation email that they scanned the item. As soon as they scan it, you should get an email too with tracking info. I’m not sure why they haven’t scanned the item yet. If I don’t receive and email soon, I will phone Canada Post to
