monielovesyou Hey! So sorry for the inconvenience 😕 you just purchased a swimsuit from me @monielovesyou and I totally put the wrong shipping label on the wrong box with the incorrect item. I truly apologize and it was my mistake. When the item gets to you. You can let Poshmark know and they should be able to refund you and you can send the item back and I will send the correct item. Again I sincerely apologize 😓

sunchild_jj @monielovesyou I don’t need a refund if you just send me the correct item. Can’t you just send it out with the correct label? And once I receive this wrong item, I’ll send it back to you. If it costs just a few dollars, you can include the cash in my package to cover my return

monielovesyou @sunchild_jj Again apologies for the inconvenience. The shipping label is your shipping label(they should have sent you a tracking number) but on the incorrect box. So it says your item is being shipped but the item that was for another customer is being shipped to you, by mistake. That is why once the item is received which should be by Tuesday you can decline the item and send it back, since I cannot reuse your already shipped label to send out the correct item.

sunchild_jj @monielovesyou poshmark still hasn’t gotten back to me. Have you tried contacting them regarding this issue? I requested a return label to send the wrong item back to you and for you to be given a new label to send me my correct item

monielovesyou @sunchild_jj @sunchild_jj yes. If Poshmark were contacted right when you received the incorrect item(which should have been on Monday) they should have reviewed the claim within 48/72 hours and got a full refund and a return label to ship the item back? I’ve tired to do what I can on my end. Hopefully they are able to get back to you soon so it can all be squared away and hopefully this coming week I can ship the correct item.
