parenteducator I believe you may have incorrectly received a large carton with the wrong merchandise. Please leave it sealed, or reseal it, if opened. Your glasses were incorrectly sent to the wrong buyer. I am waiting for Poshmark’s assistance to rectify the situation. I assure you that you will be receiving the glasses. Just sit tight and instructions will follow to mail out the carton you received, at no charge to you, of course. Thanks for your patience.

parenteducator Please contact Poshmark to note there’s a problem, and that you’ve received the incorrect merchandise. That will put into motion getting the return label.

parenteducator @jetki No problem. Just pack it back up. Poshmark will send a mailing tag so that you can return it. You need to open a claim with PM and say that you received the wrong merchandise. They should take it from there.

huerabme I shipped your bundle of baby girl clothes on Tuesday, January 19, 2020 at 10:30 AM inside the post office. For some reason it is not showing shipped 😕. If it doesn’t update I will go again in person to the post office this Saturday and see what happened. So sorry for the delay this has never happened before. I will keep you posted.
