Hi, I'm sorry the dress didn't work out. What was the issue with it? Poshmark didn't tell me anything, just that you disputed it because of a damage? I wasn't aware of any damaged when I sent it.

The dress is not new and looks as if it has been worn and washed, unacceptable since listed as new.
