rlgarf14 Hi I’m really sorry to hear that you had an issue with the boots! I would never have sent you the boots had I known that they were broken and I definitely wouldn’t have left that out of the description. I inspect every product before I send them and there was nothing wrong with the boots at that time. It’s possible something happened when they were mailed or etc. I’m so sorry!
