@kaitlyng1121 sorry, I'm new to this so I wasn't sure how to go about contacting you. There is no string in the cowel neck.

@jtr9981 I'm so sorry about that! I had washed it before sending it off to you and it must have fallen out. I found a string in the wash and thought it went to a different sweatshirt, that's my mistake. I can send it to you right away though.
