nani_nui_loa @love96815 hey Michelle! update for ya, the ring is showing a tracking issue, that they attempted to deliver Saturday, but didn't because no one was home at the time and they put a note that says "no ID" so Im guess Poshmark sent it a signature required? I'm on vacation with a house sitter still next Monday who wasn't in at the time.

nani_nui_loa I've been on hold all morning with USPS, but from looking up online it looks like they hold it at the post office for a certain amount of time until you come in person with id before they return it to the sender?I'm going to contact Poshmark support also but I just wanted to keep you in the loop with any info I get.

nani_nui_loa @love96815 yes I just contacted them! so stressful! I saw that but then when I clicked the link and saw the comment section that said notes " no id" I think they just clicked something weird but the reason was because I wasn't' home. my husband checked out video futage and she walked up with two packages but only left one when no one answered!

You may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice beginning August 22, 2023. If this item is unclaimed by September 5, 2023 then it will be returned to sender."

nani_nui_loa @love96815 Hopefully no more issues, but I'm so happy it's not lost or delivered to the wrong address! I'm sorry for the delay in getting the payment released but I don't think I can have anyone else pick it up for me. Thanks again for being so understanding. I was so stressed all day yesterday about this, but I think everything is going to work out.
