thecalicactus Hello Jill, I got your message about the jacket. I’m sorry to hear about the jacket, it was new with tags and bought online. I don’t recall having any zipper issues when I was photographing the jacket. I show pictures zipped up & down. I wouldn’t know what to do, the jacket was accepted & rated & the funds released.
