@michtol I totally agree. I am a middle school teacher, and I can tell you that integrity is a character trait/value that I try to instill in my students. Unfortunately, it really can't be taught but has to develop within an individual over time. (Hopefully!)

Hi Jill, I wanted to update you on the delivery status of your boots, even though I shipped them on the 29th of December, the tracking states they are "en route to next facility" on the USPS website. I'm so sorry for the delay! I hope you love them in spite of the postal service mishap.
