However, I don't understand the inability to take 1 minute of your time to drop a note and say you'll mail the dress as soon as possible. All the pretty clothes in the world don't mean a thing when something as simple as common courtesy is disregarded, especially in business. This has been a very deflating experience. Will cancel the order this evening if I see it hasn't been shipped. You've given me no reason to believe it will be.
