Hi Jill. I noticed that you liked a bag I recently bought. You asked if it was all leather but never got a response. You were wise not to buy . I did and the leather is PVC plastic. I'm trying to figure out what to do and thought if she responded back to you privately, I might try to handle it directly with her. Any info would be helpful. Kind Regards, Janie

Hi Janie - bummer. I did some noodling after she didn't respond and found out it was pvc. I would think she should reimburse you for the bag and the mailing costs. good luck!
