Instead of declining always counter offer until you reach a price that you are comfortable with or you don't, then you declined.

maddieh95 I am sorry you didn't like your vest. I didn't notice a problem with the zipper when I took it off the hanger. Is the front leather and the back fabric? That is an inaccurate product description. Had you described it accurately I would not have purchased. Perhaps my comments could have been more diplomatic. It is a lovely, serviceable belt. It was just an incomplete description, thus misleading.

But I will say, if you go back to the listing it clearly states it’s a thin black faux patent leather belt down in the description box (not the item heading). I even list the max length of it since it doesn’t have holes for the buckle. Not to mention you can clearly tell in the pictures that it’s shiny which could only mean it is patent leather. After all is said I’m sorry it wasn’t what you expected or wanted.
