caro_blue Hi. I just looked inside these while packing them and the inside lining coating has started flaking off. The only thing I can think of is the humidity change when we moved as they were fine when I posted them. I’m going to cancel this order if you don’t mind because I don’t want you to spend your money on something like this.

allie_wisner Hi! There is a slight issue with the purse. I am on 2 different marketplaces. Everything that I have on Posh I have on another as well. Just as you purchased the coach bag and before I could delete the listing on the other place someone purchased the bag as well. There are a few options, I could either refund you, or if you see something else that you like on my listings I can heavily discount it due to the inconvenience, or I can message the other buyer and tell her what I just told you

jilligans3568 @tziz Hi, I’m sorry that it took so long to respond. I haven’t received them yet, I do know I placed the order October 1, 2022 and it was cancelled on October 22, 2022. I assumed they were no longer being shipped. I haven’t been home yet today, but if/when I receive them, I’ll definitely respond by accepting the order. I ALWAYS accept my orders. Again, sorry for the late response.

I try to go in and accept your order, but it’s not letting me. I’ll see if I can get in some kind of way so that it won’t affect your status! I believe posh support said they were reaching out to you to confirm the package was delivered and as the order shows canceled on the app I think contacting them through email is probably the only way to accept, let me know if you are able to get in contact with them, I am waiting on a response as well! tziz They responded and said there is no guarantee that the customer will repurchase the item ? Im not sure why they will not allow you to accept this order, does this mean the order being cancelled on the app will show ?

tziz Double check on your end to be sure they did not take payment from your account for the first order, I spoke with someone who suggested I repost the item and as long as they did not take payment already you would purchase from this second listing and you would then be able to accept the order from there. Posh support suggested repurchasing the item because due to the cancelled status of this order there is no way to accept this one that was already listed.
