heffy165 Hi I wanted to reach out regarding the broken fiesta ware. I’m sorry they were broken. You should have filed a claim. I had wrapped and shipped these quick. I don’t have control on the shipping and handling. In the future I will triple wrap.

jillybeanmt @heffy165 i am sorry this has happened as well - I am not sure how to “file a claim” but I struggled to believe these were even wrapped - the package showed up and their was just pieces of broken plates and recycled Amazon wrapping products. Not a single item was wrapped or taped at all - tons of extra space existed inside the boxes which is the kryptonite when shipping fragile items - I have bought tons of Fiesta on Posh and have never received a broken piece.

jillybeanmt @kathybunk good afternoon 😃 Posh friend —it’s shipped—I let Posh Know - I shipped it a few days ago but it hasn’t picked up the tracking number yet - it unfortunately happens fairly frequently to me, as I live rurally and depending on what post office or box I use. I don’t think our rural postal workers always have the means to scan. It sometimes doesn’t scan until it hits a bigger city - I am sorry for the inconvenience- but it is on it way for a few days
